This just keeps getting weirder and weirder. The boy obviously has mental problems. I was inclined to believe that there was more to the story and that thsee were abusive or neglectful parents but according to the article that isn’t the case.

I have not run across anything that inferred the were abusive or neglectful. Seems the majority in the US are borg.
