Today we had a bird in our chimney/fireplace. My wife wanted to video tape its rescue. The problem was he wouldn't come down from the chimney into the fireplace where we could reach him. I tried for about 15 min by opening and closing the flu but to no avail.

My 7 year old son said,"What are we going to do daddy? I replied,"Lets pray that he comes down. I said, "Lord, In the name of Jesus." Thats all I had prayed.
And the bird came out of the chimney and sat on a log. My 10 year old daughter was all excited she ran out of the room to tell my wife.
I've thoght about this all day. Wondering if God is going to open new doors.
I mean I hadn't even finished asking him to bring the bird down. It really was pretty cool.

Cool story. Which just reminds me that when must people have laid hands on someone for healing and they have been healed, it usally happens early, as soon as they mention in the name of Jesus.

There is so much power in his name.
