The best way to answer that is with the evidence already provided:
The Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy mentions on the front cover "don't panic".
My attempt at reducing panic overall, was to point out that short of being able to construct a question in anticipation of something compelling enough to help you avoid death - the smartest and indeed only meaningfully possible thing you can have done: is pray (as Jesus said "I am not even going to attempt to say it" and having said had no plans to, despite the possibility that even the faith may not require it - it being his only opportunity to further save the lost).

The point being, unless as discussed and in contradiction to the assumption of all possible useful knowledge or emphatically not more than one plateau or another - you would continue to panic to death (short of having read what I wrote, or having attempted to write).
