Orange for Parson

I just have to add on a completely different note.

The Dow just crossed 14,000 for the first time...under....BUSH.

It's VERY hard for me to see anything in orange - so Stop it! Stop it! Stop it! ;)

Okay, lets see, if they impeach Bush and Cheney that would make Condi Rice president and if she did a good job that would make it alot more likely that Americans might vote for Hillary.
Well, that's assuming they could remove Bush/Cheney from office via impeachment.

But that's not going to happen.

It's not only that they don't have the necessary votes to actually remove them from office, but the "whiners" know full well that they don't have any impeachable offenses for which to bring action against them.

If the whiners impeached Bush/Cheney, they'd look even more stupid than the Republicans did when they impeached Clinton.

Bush's approval rating is riding at 33% vs Congress' approval rating being at 22%

Now seriously...do you really think Congress is going to accomplish *anything* aside from giving themselves another big fat raise???

*snerk* I've got some prime land in the bayou for sale too...

this was actually kind of funny and gave me a chuckle, couple weeks ago I heard on radio, (not Christian or conservaitve, either) the host was saying how some self formed organization in Santa Monica rented a little office space and proclaimed they are trying to start impeachment. The way the host said it was pretty funny,...something like "correct me if I"m wrong, but doesnt impeachment have to be an act by Congress,? for actual impeachable offenses? Not some self made 'business' in Santa monica, opening an office and saying "hello! we're the impeachemnt people..."
they need to get over themselves!! like him or not, impeachment isnt somehting done by 10 hippies in a self rented office. Geeze. Louise.

The only thing hes done... is continually lie to the country

Do you have anything to offer but false accusations?

Here are a few things Bush has done:

1. US protection against terrorist since 9/11.

2. He led a successful campaign against Taliban in Afghanistan.

3. Signed Partial Birth Abortion ban.

4. By Executive Order reversed Clinton's policy of not requiring parental consent for abortions under the Medical Privacy Act.

5. Supports the Defense of Marriage Act

6. Signed two income tax cuts, one of which was the largest dollar-value tax cut in world history.

7. Increased the annual contribution limit on Education IRA's from $500 to $2,000 per child.

8. No Child Left Behind Act - Not perfect but getting there.

9. Killed the Kyoto Global Warming Treaty. I am sure not everyone agrees with me here but it is a positive for me.

10.Pushed through THREE raises for our military. Increased military pay by more than $1 billion a year.

Not to mention the economy is thriving! Stock market is hitting record after record and unemployment is down. Also, to those who think Bush was a "con-man" to Congress, there is no evidence to say that Bush knowingly gave false information. He was given the information be the intelligence community and passed it along. Any theory that he personally made it up is just that a theory, an opinion and not based on any actual fact.

Some fact based talking points from the left would be nice for a change.

Here, I will do it for them:

1. He is a liar.
2. He is a liar.
3. He is a liar.
4. He is a liar.
5. Did I mention he is a liar.
6. And most importantly because Rosie O'donnell hates him.

Creating a constant state of fear, cutting back on personal freedoms, forcing his religious beliefs into the general populace, and getting us involved in a quagmire of a conflict are the marks of a good president?! I tried to defend the guy as long as I could...but it got to the point where I would be completely delusional to still think he's been a good thing for this country.
