Well I really wanted to end on a super positive note, but I'm still dealing with stuff and was on the verge of posting a brand new prayer request thingy....

1) I'm in the middle of applying to an apartment out of state but I'm in between jobs. My bank account is much better than many folks with much better jobs so that is a plus.


2) A few weeks ago I rushed up to PA because my friend Ryan who works in IT as a site supervisor thought he could get me hired on because he was swamped with work and under staffed. That was wishful thinking etc. on his part (him being a contractor without hiring authority etc.). So I may need to be getting a survival job for a bit when I make it up north.


3) It's freaking cold in PA! I grew up in California in areas that had moderate winters. And I worry a bit about my car in the snow. My car got stuck in my drive way entrance for a day and a half here last December when we had an early cold snap with snow. Pontiac Vibes not great in snow. Found a You-tube video that demonstrates that fact.

Thanks for the prayers! Things got really got expedited on securing that apartment, scary fast. I think I got approved 1.5 hours after I sent my application through the web portal.
