More Action less dullness please!
Enough Said!
Just because your garbage at Halo doesn't mean you should diss it.
Here's my basis on the Halo situation:
It broke no new ground except for being an addictive and great game to play. Nothing was really revolutionary except for the integration with the vehicles and the maps were almost perfect. The multiplayer destroyed every other multiplayer I have ever played (except for Return to Castle Wolfenstein of course) and by that fact, there is so much hype around it. The first game was ingenius by the fact that it could compound so many great fps elements right into one package.
Timesplitters MAY be able to rival it, but by Halo's large scale fanbase, everybody you will argue with will not agree. (Timesplitters wasnt even that good of a game anyways...)
Now if you want to talk revolutionary, then we'll talk about RTCW and Enemy-Territory.
