I'm new

Hey everyone. I figured I should introduce myself since i new to this part of the forum. First off, I'm TiffanyLea.
I used to cut when i was younger for about 2 years, but then stopped. Lately though, the urge to do it again are extremely strong, and i dont really know what to do.

What types of things have you tried doing to distract yourself when you get SI thoughts? We need to figure out what has/hasn't worked for you first

Lately I just try to make myself leave whatever room im in, and go do something else. I guess its kind of working, but my sister got new job hours so now im home alone a lot of the time which doesnt really help.

maybe try writing your own story(about whatever your heart wants to write about)..that might occupy your time..Does for me sometimes.
Or listen to some soothing music.
