I'm looking into joining a Methodist church. Should I and why?

Here is an article with a good explanation of Apostolic Succession from a Methodist viewpoint that I think it pretty good and worth a read. Basically the idea is that the UMC sees the continuity of the gospel as shared by the entire church (rather than through the ordination from Bishop to another) as the meaning of succession. We are in a line of Churches that have faithfully shared the gospel of Christ. Give it read.
