I do that once in a while. I think it's fun. I don't know how well it works or not, but it does help tone your muscles and I do work up a sweat most of the time.
A good friend of mine from church has been taking belly dancing for about a year and she absolutely loves it! It is such a beautiful dance celebrating the female body. I'm actually thinking of taking classes this fall!
I heard its a VERY good way to burn fat/calories. I would like to learn how... because they say you can do it for a long time and its very fun! hmm... keep us posted if you decide to give it a try!

I dont know much about belly dance but i am sure it should help you keep yourself in shape, any kind of exercise that makes you sweat would do. A friend of mine said he knows a lady who hides the remote controll 2 or 3 times a week and that makes her hubby hunt for it moving all the things around the house and it keeps him fit. LOL i am not sure if its true but i thought thats an interesting way of making someone work. lol
