I'm beginning to get scared.

I think I need a prayer. I dabbled into the occult a lot. This was mainly witchcraft, meditation, and tarot cards. I've usually had dreams regarding spirits, but just this past week or so, (when I thought about becoming Christian) I've had demonic dreams. I fell asleep today, after attending church on my own accord, and I had a dream about demons possessing me. This is my third dream and every one gets progressivly stronger. I have had two similar dreams this week and let me tell you, I'm beginning to get scared.
Additionally, when I was younger (about 5-7) I woke up from a deep sleep to my bed violently shaking and I heard an audible voice trying to scare me. This was real, not a dream. I woke up and told my mother, "Mommy, mommy a ghost was shaking my bed!" It took me hours and top of hours to finally get to sleep because I was SO scared the incident would happen again. I feel that thing I called a "ghost" when I was younger was actually a demon now.
All, I know is that I need a serious prayer and I'm not usually one to ask. Someone please.

What you are experiencing is very real. Have you prayed to G-d about it?

I have also had experiences (but mostly dreams) like you are refering to since I was around 5yrs old.

There is spiritual warfare going on in this world all the time. Most people ignore it. You ARE being targeted by these beings, and they do not like you. You are a human, created in G-d's image. As a human you were origionally created by G-d to rule over this earth (in righteousness and peace), to cultivate the earth, to care for the animals on it, to excersise your creative gifts and talents to give HaShem (G-d) praise.

Satan (a fallen angelic being) was very jealous of the authority G-d gave mankind. He was bent on destroying this creation of G-d. (Read Genesis) He tempted the humans with wisdom, knowledge, & power. He planted doubt in their mind about the intentions and goodness of G-d. They believed the deception of Satan and disobeyed G-d. At that moment they gave up their spiritual authority & power on earth (which then gave Satan power & control.) G-d had to send the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) to conquer Satan, save mankind, and IN MESSIAH we (human beings) again have power and spiritual authority over these demonic beings.

That is a VERY short summary! If you aren't already, I'd suggest you read the Bible every day. The bible itself won't make the demons leave you alone- but if you fill your mind with the Word of G-d, you will be spiritually strengthened. You will gain insight into the spiritual battle that rages in this world. You will learn about the nature of G-d and the importance of Messiah.

The closer you move to G-d (the more He is calling YOU out of this world system) the more intense the demonic activity will probably become- so keep that in mind. Call out to the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob- the G-d of Israel- to save you from the grasp of the Enemy. If your heart calls out to Him, He will hear you, rescue you, and fill you with His Shalom (His peace and perfect order.) He will give you life instead of death, order instead of chaos, strength instead of fear.

I know the dreams are very scary. But if you have truly descided to leave the demons and get them out of your life for good- start by burning all of your occultic material. Any books, music, objects, jewlry, clothes, games- anything that has ANY connection to the occult- Burn it, dump it, get rid of it- ASAP.

There are actually "rules" in the spirit realm. If you have opened a door to the demonic beings, they will not leave unless you CLOSE that door.

A "door" can be calling up 'spirits of the dead' (which are really demons pretending to be dead humans). A "door" can be an insence holder you picked up at a New Age shop.
There can be generational curses- where one of your ancestors opened a "door" to demonic influence and that spirit was allowed to stay with your family down through the generations.

You CAN shut those spiritual "doors." You CAN break the generational curses. You cannot do it alone.

Do you know any strong believers in Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) that could give you support and protection during this time? Are there any "safe" people you can talk with about what is going on?

One more thing- you were targeted at an early age. There is a reason for that. Perhaps the Enemy knows that if you experience spiritual rebirth in Messiah (become "saved") you could do a lot of damage to his power on earth.

Yes, child, the Enemy of your life is watching you- but so is G-d, the creator of your life. You are precious to HaShem (G-d). He loves you. And He is able to pull you out of darkness into light.

I've been feeling like this unknown force is trying to bring me back to the occult. At first, I thought it was a subconscious thing, but now I'm thinking otherwise. Yes, I know this now. Ever since I went towards Christianity, my dreams have become worse. Now, this scares me only because I tend to take my dreams VERY seriously, more so than most people. Gheeze, I've never felt dreams that were so intense and real. My first dream involved a person in a cloak, resembling the tarot card "death." I got rid of this thing by expanding my aura. The second dream I had there was this demonic girl. I just told her hi and then she basically sucked ALL the energy out of me until I felt utterly and completely lifeless. It was like my insides were crushing together. The third one was the dream of possession (the dream I had today). Everyone had to talk about Jesus and God in order to make the demons leave my body. They would eventually come back. I consulted my neighbor in my dream to help me. She's Christian. I then burned my tarot cards because I felt I needed to. (I don't remember actually burning them, but I knew I had to. I'm guessing I did?) After the last possession, my friend Matt said something in a foreign language (probably tounges) and the demon left my body. The dream ended.

It's just so weird that you said that because I felt I needed to burn my tarot cards in my dream. I have about 20 or more NEW occult books and I don't know how I can bring myself to actually burn them. They were expensive. I'd feel bad if I gave them out to people also. Plus, I think my mother would be a little weirded out if I told her I wanted to burn all my books. It sounds drastic.

When I was younger, I did have a very spiritual experience with God. I was SO into God as a kid. I would read books about God, talk to God..ect I was SO close. Then, I drew back and went to Paganism.

One thing you need to remember is that Greater is HE (Jesus) that is in you than he (satan) that is in the world. If you ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior and surrender your life to Him.. He will dwell in you and He will give you peace. I suggest you pray to the Lord to protect you from the forces of the enemy. I also suggest that you get rid of all of the occult materials you have. They will have a strong hold on you if you don't. God is your greatest hope and when you give your life over to Him, satan has no chance. God bless you.

I was writting to you & the entire thing got erased. So I'll make this brief (for now)

How bad do you want free of these demonic beings? If your leg had gaingreen & you could either cut off your leg & save your life.... or you could save your leg from amputation, but loose your life- which would it be? It's THAT serious, if not more. The descisions you make now, will affect your children & their children... all the way down... untill SOMEONE breaks the cycle. G-d is calling you out to be the one to break the cycle of demonic oppression.

Get rid of the stuff. I know it's gonna hurt. The financial part, what others might think... I won't lie- it will might be VERY hard. But as long as you keep them, "they" have a legal right to you. By keeping the stuff (spiritually speaking) you are standing with your front door wide open argueing with a murderer to not come in and kill you.

If you've got a friend or neighbor who is a strong believer- don't be hesitant about asking for prayer about this. Even if you said some harsh things about their faith. If they are strong in their faith in Messiah, the things you said should not have bothered them as much as you might think they would.

The Enemy is a liar. Everytime he tries to keep you from seeking G-d and cutting off ties with him- remember that he hates you. He will try to fill you with fear, doubt, condemnation, guilt, shame... he'll tell you "it's all in your head"... he might try to get you to believe you are going crazy... he may put people in your path to steer you away from doing the right thing... Keep pressing on! Do not listen to these voices.

You know, G-d speaks to us in dreams as well. Burn the cards. There is a word in Hebrew- "Shema"- it means to HEAR & OBEY. One can hear G-d speaking to their heart... but if the person does not DO what HaShem says, then the hearing is useless.

Ask G-d to reveal Himself to you in your dreams. Ask Him HOW to break the power that is trying to suck the life right out of you. Ask G-d for the STRENGTH to DO what He says. And get with believers who can stand by you during this time. The enemy likes to get humans off to themselves- easier target. But if you are connected with a group of believers who can surround you with prayer- it will be much harder for the enemy to attack.

Ha! Been there. When I was ten or eleven, I saved up for tarot cards I saw in a very bohemian, exotic shopping district. I was so excited to have spent money totally for myself. Soon after, I became a Christian and knew I needed to burn them. I knew my parents would have a conniption, so I devised an elaborate plan to burn them out on the deck after everyone went to sleep. Well I did it and it went quickly, but my mother woke up and smelled smoke and thought the house was burning down.

Moral of the story? Huh. It still seemed worth it to me, to be persecuted when I woke up the next morning to a mother who found ashes on the deck. She thought I'd been smoking. I, like you, didn't see the power attached to the cards, because I used them like I used the horoscope...just for the delight in finding uncanny connections and something that seemed to know about my life.

Evil spirits definitely know about your life. They have also honed their marketing skills to appear very innocent. They even know how to throw religious guilt on people.

The spirits know the Bible, but also know that they are subject to the word of God, like civilians come under the edicts of a king. In Matthew 4, the devil tested Jesus by using scriptures. Jesus responded with scriptures, and the devil gave up the arguments immediately after each. You can hold the scriptures by your side like a sword to defend you, because God made promises about you, to protect and defend, and provide for you. Find a few that you can use in an emergency.

Greater is he that is in me, than he that is in the world. (You said that you had a great relationship with God when you were younger. Hold onto that.)

Heavenly Father, you know the anxienty that Alicia has gone through lately, and over the years. You know the underlying trust that she has in you. Whether she has been disillusioned by others or enticed by the broad possibilities in spirituality, please pour your forgiveness out on her now and allow her a fresh start.

You have promised that you are not willing any should perish. You have promised to be her shield and guide. Give her the strength to pull away from the things that she has been involved in, that have opened the door to harrassers. You know the conflict in her heart. Help her understand more of the whole picture, so she can willingly escape this terror.

Any demons that are harassing her now, I command you in the name of Jesus to release Alicia. She lived as a child of God, and is willing to ask for His help now. Even if she is not completely committed, Jesus cast out the demons in Gennessaret without this Christian foundation. The blood of the Lamb of God covers all our sins. I command that you set her free now and do not return.

I renounce and toss back any lies that she has lost chances, burned bridges, or that this authority does not carry through the distance of the internet. Neither height nor depth, nor angels nor demons, can separate us from the love of God. We are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

God, thank you so much for your salvation! We are so glad that your power extends farther and stronger than we can imagine. Your grace covers things that we don't even recognize the impact of. I just wanted to tell you that Nilahk81 is giving you excellent advice (and well worded I might add! ).

I KNOW how hard getting rid of the 'stuff' is. Believe me. When I turned my back on paganism, I literally burned THOUSANDS of dollars of books that took me years to collect. I am a book junkie too- this was hard for me. I threw my silver pentacle jewelery and isis pendant in the Pacific ocean, I burned my tarot, and crushed the runes I had carved by myself over a summer. I threw away my cauldron, my stones, EVERYTHING.
You have to start fresh with Christ Alicia.

I had something following me, I told it with all the power invested in me by God OUTLOUD

"In the name of Jesus Christ, I command you to be gone from me. For greater is he who is in me than he that is in the world."

Then, say scripture outloud, sing Christian songs, keep the power of God going out from you "out loud"

We had a coven who was calling our fellowship and saying some bizarre things, we played Christian music back through the phone at them and they never called again.
