  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

HI, EVERYBODY!!!!!!! :hug: :hug: :hug:

Gosh, it feels so good to be back. Well now I can say that the reason why I left was because I felt that I needed to fast from these forums as one of my sacrifices for the lenten season. During the sacrifice, I did a LOT of growing, praying, fellowshipping with other brothers/sisters in Christ, the whole shabang! :D My relationship with God has gotten a lot more intimate as a result of this, all of my questions have been answered, I'm more at peace.... wow. God has just moved in my life these past 40 days. I missed you all dearly and again it's so good to be back. Wow, praise God!!! :clap:

     welcome back Quietstorm, I need to get away for awhile myself, but I should this weekend. if all goes well, suppose to be going to Ichthus this weekend,(well it,s a big outdoor camp and christian concert). thats all I know. gotta help keep watch on our youth. welcome back again.
