  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

you told me to come here if I wanted to talk about it.If I made an RPG where no one over the age of 14,I would be too old to be in it by this coming December. That's the problem.I don't like some of the people here because they segregate us and our RP skills just because of our age. That is not right, and I'm taking this to a mod.

The whole point this whole RPG is that it's a story. A story made by a group of different storytellers. I have laid down the foundation, but in fact it's here so that you guys can take an active participation in telling the story and coming up with stuff. I know far from everything, even about this. So....lay down some ideas, maybe about your own stuff, maybe about what's already been put down on the table. If you really want something, or if you really don't like something already on the table, other than the basic rules I've put down, I'm flexible and willing to stretch.

Mutant cyborgs are a very probable possibility, especially when the enhancements work very well with the mutations.

Immortals are humans, guys and girls, who cannot die of natural causes and have highly enhanced senses, nothing else. If any of you have seen Sentinal, the show, then you can get a whole bunch of ideas from that, since he was a guy with enhanced senses. Basically, they are ageless forensic laboratories on legs. It can play a lot into how they percieve the world.

Ok, what I tend to see by immortal, is from the series, Highlander, where they can not die, except by a blade across the neck. So I was thinking that what if the immortals, had fairly advanced healing, almost like wolverine's, but not that fast. Sure your immortals can die from a bullet, or from falling from a thirty foot fall, or from being impaled through the heart, but what if they also healed quickly, say hours instead of days? That would run with the excellent immune systems they would have, and the highly enhanced senses...

Just giving opinions for the sake of depth to all characters.

Actually, my initial idea of an immortal was kind of like Wolverine, with an enhanced regenerative system. If you like that, then that's fine. I just don't want them overpowered, or really superpowered too much. Enhanced senses can mean a whole lot, and with the regenerative powers, that's enough. I like the idea, but I still want them to have a close-to-human perspective, only really long term.
