Illegal Immigrant Smashes Up Courtroom in Child Rape Case

An illegal immigrant from Guatemala accused of raping a ten year old girl smashed up the courtroom during closing arguments. He smashed his defense attorney's laptop and turned the table over.

The jury was taken out of the courtroom and the judge has ordered another mental evaluation, the fourth for this defendant. This happened in Sanford, Florida.

I think we know all we need to know about the defendant's state of mind. I don't see why being mentally defective, or unable to control their temper, should give anyone special privilege in a court of law.

How many mental evaluations do they need?

If they found him sane, then he has a temper problem, which isn't a mental problem, but a self control problem.
Which is what rape is, the inability to control ones self
and forcing a victim to submit to his violation.
I see no mental problem, I see it as a cause for the crime.
