CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS I made J's mom cry tonight when I told her I want her to come with me, my mom, and my sister when I go dress shopping in the Fall. She promised they were happy tears.

I am sorry you are experiencing sadness. I can understand your sentiments.
I do not believe the Lord is glorified when we are attacking one another, most especially when the jabs are "anonymous." It breeds suspicion, gossip, misunderstandings, and unnecessary drama.

IJWTS: I had the most stressful day at work but then was blessed to be able to go to Bible study and hang out with some of my church palz. I didn't see "SJ" but his dad had me laughing sooooooooooo hard! He's a riot!!! The cool thing is his dad keeps trying to get him to come to different things I show up at. That's so sweet.

IJWTS-I like it when you find a guitar tab that gets you going to where you have a very small part to just get the rhythm down a tad better and the song was complete in no time.

Thanks. I really feel blessed to have these friends (and I felt that way loooooooooooooong before I started crushing on the one guy...lol). They are just so crazy and fun and make me laugh. I've always truly felt like I "fit in" with these people. I've been going there for 3 1/2 years. I wish everyone could find a place so awesome and feel so loved.
