IJWTS does anybody else besides me not really care if they offend somebody?

Well I can't say I don't care about EVERYBODY. I think there's a few people where I would try to "make things right" but the rest of ya'll, well I've given up trying to be politically correct because it's pointless and this is the internet anyway.

I agree with this.

I guess with all the situations I've been in with my various online friendships/acquaintances...I've learned that you can't please them all. There are a few people that I would go out of my way to make things right with...but others, there really is no point. Sometimes it's because they are stubborn to begin with...others...well...you can't win em all.

Of course we don't go out of our way to offend people, I'm sure...but just doesn't mean I'm gonna go around walking on eggshells around everyone I come across and apologize when I don't need to.

They're also heavy when you have to carry them to bed (when they fall asleep in the backseat or whatever). Dead weight, man!

IJWTS - why is that Frenzy?

I work from 6AM to 12PM and then my sister's high school grad party from 4 till...all night probably. I will probably get 4 or 5 hours of sleep tonight before all that.

iJWTS I don't care if I offend people, as long as I am speaking the truth. Some people need a good offending. Muslims may get offended when I tell them Jesus is the only way to Heaven, but I am not going to stop saying it to keep from offending people.

Like John Mayer says, say what you need to say.

But say it in a nice way dear. Everyone wants the truth, but we should be sensitive and constructive enough in saying these truths. RESPECT

Everyone does NOT want the truth, because the truth is often very difficult to hear. I don't sugar coat things. I will say them with love and respect, but I will say exactly what needs to be said. Sometimes it is nice, and sometimes it isn't.

Like was said earlier, if you give people the truth in love, they will at times be offended because the truth hurts... and their offense is on them.

I beg to disagree. I don't get offended when people say the TRUTH in a nice way. It's in the manner of saying things my dear. Yes, truth hurts. However, people may accept that truth without being hurt if you say it in a nice way.

iJWTS I am not going to say things in a nice way so someone doesn't get offended. There is no nice way to tell someone they are ruinning their lives wuth drugs or alcohol. Some things don't need to be sugar coated.

I think we worry way too much about offending people at times. I don't go around trying to offend people or be mean to people, nor do I think we should do so. I simply thing we should speak what is on our minds and on our hearts.

Someone can only offend you if you allow them to.
