IJWTS: @HoosierCanuck Don't ya just love the crazies. (i really do love them!) The phone calls we get sometimes at TV just make me smile.

oooooooooh yeah!! lol One of the radio stations recently changed formats and a lot of older people have been upset about it (from standards/big band to southern gospel). Today this crazy old guy walks in and instead of standing at the counter he just starts WALKING AROUND! Our poor intern was coming out of the hallway and about got assaulted by the guy (not violently). This guy starts carrying on about 'where's the complaint department?' The poor kid is looking at me like a deer in headlights so I start to talk to him. He just's carrying on about "where do I get some good music now?" and all of this crazy stuff. He was loud enough the big boss came out of his office (from across the building) and so the guy asked him "are you the complaint department?" My boss, really stern, says "I"ll listen." I'm standing between these two. The boss has been in a bad mood all week and then I've got this nutcase on the other side. I'm soooooooooooooo wishing I was someplace else! lol Anyway, both me and the boss had told the guy it was a business decision. He's just carrying on "yeah yea yeah it's all about money! Well thanks for Nothin'!" He walked out and I looked at the bossman and said "thanks." He said something along the lines that "I heard enough I thought I better take care of him." uh...yeah......

It's amazing how bad the negative response has been. It's to the point now where I feel like saying "go to Walmart and buy a freaking CD!!!" lol

IAWTS: The crazy guy also had a bit of B.O. (thankfully my nose is stuffy from allergies so I didn't get the full effect! lol)


I had a migraine when I left today (for about the 5th day in a row!)

ijwts- today has been a really hard day, and i just want things to change. And I'm worried about my parents and that kills me.

IJWTS I wish I lived closer so we could do something fun together. Today was a hard day for me, too, and I'm glad it is over - but tomorrow is already proving that it will be just as challenging.

IJWTS I'm terribly frustrated right now b/c I'm overwhelmed by life in general - and I hate feeling this way. I need a vacation. *sigh*

I can relate to that too. I feel sooooooooo trapped by the radio station and half the staff is taking vacations between now and this time next month. I'm so jealous! I want one!!! arrrgh!!! One's in Tennessee this week, another is going to Florida in 3 weeks, another is going to Oklahoma next week, another is on vacation this week but don't know where he went, probably Kentucky, and I'm sure there are others I just don't know the details yet. I would be happy to take a couple of days off and just go north to the Indiana Dunes and hang out. Being at Lake Michigan always seems to relax me and allow me to clear my head....something I haven't had a chance to do since the change in job status. It's really affected my spiritual/prayer life and I need to take care of business!!!!

IJWTS: I gotta take one of my furry roommates to the vet tomorrow. Wish me luck. She's been losing weight (something I wish *I* could do, but I digress...). She's still active but I fear there's still something wrong with her.

it was only like 21 here today....move back to Canada
