CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Anyway, IJWTS that I feel really bad for the people of Iran. I think it's pretty obvious to most people around the world that the election there was rigged. As much as Ahmadinejad has made me want to glass Iran, I think it's important to note that there are plenty of young moderate Muslims around the world who are eager to improve relations with the West. And it's sad that Ahmadinejad and the clerics in Iran have their own agenda seperate from the desires of their people and would steal their voice.

I just sign off and on a lot throughout the day.IJWTS ~ speaking of dreams about being late, etc...I bet I'm the only one here who dreams about being late to the theater for a show, not being able to find costumes, missing cues to get on stage, etc lol.

I'm so tempted to go back in the Army as an officer. But I need a good wife who can help me make it through and most importantly, be loyal Anybody want to marry a guy who will be put in harms way often and spend lots of time away from home? hehe.
