No, you're not too sensitive. We have some pretty manipulative, sexist, and bitter people on here, so...yeah, it's sad and indeed disturbing.

Jess, nothing on the internet should surprise you nowadays I can relate to this feeling, though, and it's why sometimes I just need to spend less time on the computer and more time in person with people, or with God.

Thankfully, I could also name several names of people on here that make being a regular poster here a blessing. (Psssst, Jess, you're one of them.)
