Ijwts black tea does not do the same things for insomnia that chammomile tea does. In fact, it does the opposite. Even when it's taken by accident...

I think both teas do the opposite for me. If I drink tea at night, I'll be up for a long while.

I think I am immune to "energy" drinks, tea, caffeinated, monster, red bull...... all of them.. BAH!

Although I have been drinking caffinated things ALL the time since I was a kid. It wasn't until now that I kinda enjoyed drinking water (although my will power is still not strong enough to have soda around and not drink it. )

bad Toro, bad! Caffeine is supposed to be used sparingly - moderately at most

Or just be like me and cut it out. Weirdly I tend to have more energy when I don't rely on caffeine to get me through the day all the time.

First day of going to see someone in hospice. It was interesting. The man was actually more positive than I thought he would be, considering he's 58, in hospice for cancer, and his wife divorced him and took everything. They told me afterwards that he's been wanting to talk about spiritual things, that he just didn't feel comfortable talking to women, so perhaps me and the pastor next week will be able to talk to him about God.

IJWTS- Going to running in a bit. I ran this morning but I think I'll go again this evening. I really need to get into serious physical shape. I figure if I keep telling myself that (even though people tell me I don't need too) I will eventually get into really good shape and people will finally see that the physical body I have now could have desperately used some better... shape? lol

Nope, you look great the way you are. Personally I think you are coo coo for cocoa puffs not seeing the woman that the rest of us see when you look in the mirror.

But as long as you don't hurt yourself those that love you will support your goal to feel comfortable in your skin.

Besides, you go back to school soon, you will have all the exercise you need, running to class and from all your obsessed fans.

I had a great run! It was so pretty out... not scorching hot like it was the other day. That's probably why there were more people out. Which was nice because last time I got scared because no one was out facing the heat like I was.

Only thing is I didn't stretch after and pulled a hamstring. Stretching that part isn't so easy by yourself.
