Anyone with a sinus infection, as soon as you feel it get a bottle of warm water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a cleaned out mustard bottle.

Fill the bottle with water and 1/4 teaspoon and spray i up your nose.

Its not very pleasant (due to the water, not the salt cause its so diluted it makes its own saline solution)

Keep this in mind those who don't know, it has helped me and I was very skeptical (although I am NOT 100%, I DO feel much better.)

I cant say it works always but so far it seems the good lord made it work wonders for me.

I have already snorted that stuff before, it feels like someone punches you in the face honestly so its not so bad. But it really clears up the sinuses, also I have allergies and it feels like they disapear afterwards
