CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS- Today has been an AMAZING day! I met with a personal trainer today for a kick-off session. During my weigh-in, I found out that I'm very close to my goal weight now and that I am now officially the smallest I've ever been since I was about 12 or 13 years old!!! 
I also achieved another stair-climbing record and goal today on my FitBit. And best of all...I actually ran a mile today without stopping to walk! I know it sounds so silly and stupid, but I have never, EVER been able to run a mile straight in my ENTIRE life until today!
I feel very proud of myself today! I still have some way to go, but I've accomplished things today that I only dreamed of for years!

It all starts with that first mile. I remember last summer, running that first mile without stopping, then pushing myself past that.It feels AMAZING!!!

Haha no. Actually, the emergency was at my college. There was a bomb scare so we were evacuated away from a section of campus and put in complete lockdown for a couple hours. Turned out it was just a toolbox...
