IJWTS I work at a church nursery on Wednesday nights for some extra cash. I have only been doing this job for three weeks and there has been absolutely no structure to the place. My teacher side in me is going crazy! The helpers that I have are not helpful whatsoever. They are either in a group talking to each other or in and out of the room leaving me and only one other teacher with 21 kids. I'm talking to the person in charge Friday and getting things taken care of. I am about to get all Mrs. Er on them. Structure is our friend people!

Ha well they don't actually call me Er . I don't think any of them even know my first name now that I think of it lol.

haha sad. You should tell them! One of the cute things about kids is when they call you by your name.
