JESS! Your card came back to me because it didn't have enough stamps. Which is weird because I WENT to the post office and she did the weight and a little print out came out of that machine and she placed it on the card.

I'm incapable of making a non-calorific curry. Seriously, my nice, normal chickpea and spinach curry now features sweet potato, broccoli, avocado, sweet peppers, parsnip, bean sprouts, chickpeas and spinach.

It's like my brain goes into "ADD ALL THE THINGS" mode. Ho-hum. Enough food for a week of meals. Winning.
