CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was trying to do it with just the cereal for breakfast.
I found I was gaining weight doing that. So it's just a tasty option now.

I do better when I'm doing a solid mix of proteins and veggies.
It's the processed carbs that hit me hard. I really shouldn't have eaten that bagel...

My dreams are usually vivid if not abstract. This one was about the guy I've been going on dates with, so it was nice.I've had some very vivid dreams lately, which is not like me at all....looks like it will be a nice day to get my car's oil changed

Yep! First day we hit 70* officially, he'll shave it! He always starts right after Thanksgiving and goes til we hit 70*! At least it'll be earlier then last year... It wasn't til almost June when we hit 70 last year... It's 69* right now
