CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Eh, I ranted again. I guess it's time for another long break from CF. Now that I'll be getting a job driving truck again, it' easier to stay away so I may not even come back.

I'm actually really looking forward to tomorrow, I've got Kung Fu at 6... it was fun Saturday, even though all we did was learn a few stances lol it was a super good workout. I love learning, and I enjoy learning to defend myself

IJWTS - I'm debating on whether to go ahead and make the next award thread since I realize I'll be waiting a whole week for pretty much nothing since the majority-ish has already voted. I don't forsee a lot more votes to be had in the thread. I'm going by how many people voted last time which was around 35, and votes are in the late 20's already.... Am I blabbering to myself? I think so.

I pretty much have myself a job!!! I chose a trucking company that fit me best! I get a $3,000 sign on bonus, I get my home time every 7-10 days and work regional! I'm excited and nervous at the same time!

IJWTA is it better for clothes that aren't extremely well fitting with any size to be slightly on the tight side or a bit too baggy? The shirt I bought today is slightly too tight for me, but if I bought a larger size, it would be way too long on me.

just bought a lovely little couch that is oh so comfortable. just tried to move it into my apartment. just found out that it wouldnt fit through the entry way.
i will wait until another couch comes in that is just as good. :Thumbsup:
