CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I love dust storms, they are so cool
Also love dust devils and whirlwinds too.
When I was really young I stood at the base of a whirlwind and looked straight up, seeing it reach up past the clouds.
But as time passed construction has come, and now I don't see them as often.

It's a mixed blessing.
They don't know they've been put on your ignore list - can be a good thing.
But they can also keep seeing what you post. Unless they ignore you too.
That would be lovely. Mutual ignoring.

Its a great feeling.
I did my make up, put on the jewelry I got, wear the dress, to see how things would actually look on friday. I showed to my mom and the first thing she said was, "Oh, my God, I hope someone falls in love with you that day."
I told her, someone already has.
I just wish he was there. So far everything looks good. I'm not all worried about looking horrible, but I hope the hair turns out right. Now I'm nervous? why now??

I hope so, cause I really want to look nice for my brothers party. People shouldn't think...what is she thinking, wearing, why?
But, they wont, cause its only very close family. They will just say it in their heads.

I got the most brilliant complement last night. From the one person I never imagined hearing it from. And not in the, "I only think you'll do well if you go the smart route," way, but in the, "You have something very rare," way. I've always been cautioned by them to play it smart. But this comment made me want to take the biggest chance and just jump. Feet first. Head first. Whichever.
