CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS- Kindles are awesome. I just spent $40 for the kindle version of a $120 textbook. I just wish I had one of these when I was in college full-time. I could have saved a fortune :\

I guess people are so incredibly bored with their own lives that they have to involve themselves on who my friends are and talk nasty things about me behind my back. I heard today that someone was telling a friend of mine who my good, close friends are as if who I'm close to is a bad thing. I'm certain it's someone from here in the singles area. Why don't you just mind your business and leave me alone? You got what you wanted, so just stop.

Thanks bro. It's just really appalling. I thought there were safe places to go here at CF. Posts I made in the Recovery area of CF were used against me and I guess there's someone here who doesn't like me very well and said things about me. I'm just SO tired of the gossip and people talking about me. I thought Recovery was a safe place to go to get help from my depression, not to have my stuff shoved back in my face and called names.

Sorry to advertise my junk on the front page here. It's how I vent I guess...by writing it out. But I'm getting over it. Not everyone is going to like me. Some will even go as far as to try and ruin me. They have their reward. I will not let the enemy take my peace anymore. I refuse to let him or anyone else steal anything from me.

Thanks anonymous blesser, but if I knew who was saying these things about me, I would've confronted them personally. Except they're hiding behind a shroud of darkness and no one is saying a word. So I just wanted to tell them to please just leave me alone. Whoever it is.
