CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah dude, you jump from hey I think I might like you to "we are going to grow old together" too quickly... be loose with how things are going to go, expect things to not work out, but plan to make them better (and do so).

Depending on what type of printer it is it could either be warming up the drum (to transfer from the toner to the paper, or heating the inkjet to use heat to generate pressure to force out the ink as a jet.

Printers also always seem to break the day you have to turn in a paper.
I know right? One time mine actually broke the night before (at like midnight) when I was printing off a project in high school. I took a picture of my printer to prove that actually broke.

Isn't it just terrible! It's like... of all the days it can break it chooses that day. The day you have to print a 7 page paper!? Grrr! lol
