Forums are interesting if only for letting you read the opinions others hold. Reading is easier than listening, there's less to be distracted by.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS- I am EXHAUSTED!!! 
I couldn't sleep last night, spent the whole day today running around town helping my family out with an urgent issue, and basically survived the day on coffee.
But I did get a chance to stop at the library and check out some books to read. Pure guilty pleasure...ALL of them! (I can't decide which book I should feel MORE ashamed of reading! 
) But that's the kind of day it's been haha! Now I just want to shower, read crappy novels, and sleep!

Are you packing for a trip or packing to move?? I like packing for trips (the anticipation and excitement for the trip make it enjoyable to me!
) but I HAAAATTTTTEEEEE packing to move.

Packing to move to a new apartment. I am an expert at packing, so much so that when I go to move, I realize I have packed quite a bit in a small space so I stare at the amount of work and just wish it away.
It hasn't worked so far but as Dory says "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming"
Would you like some help?
I want you to bring some lighter fluid and matches so I can just burn everything and start over. Save me from having to pack it all.

IJWTS - Sometimes I wonder how many "trolls" are really people who post (perhaps more "controversial" posts on purpose) certain things just to see how us Christians react - if we really react in ways that are backed by what we say we believe.....And yet, I never have to wonder how badly we do if that is the case
