CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS~Got my school application changed to the Fall 2012 semester! So glad I didn't have to re apply! Now, if they would just change my major to what it's supposed to be I'd be most happy. Oh TC why won't you hire me because I know what to do better than half the people that work there!

IJWTS I dragged myself to work this morning, exhausted and congested and hoarse and feeling like crud. Endured half the day and came home early. I must say, coming home to my baby's strong, warm embrace is so amazing <3

Amazing coincidence???
Tim Tebow, who was known for painting John 3:16 on his eye paint when he played college ball, had a few major *coincidences* happen yesterday during his game. It was 3 years to the day of his miracle game in college. But that's not it.
Tim Tebow:
-threw for 316 yards against the Steelers
-Had 31.6 yards per completion.
And the TV rating for the game at the fourth quarter when the game went into overtime? You guessed it...31.6.
Tebow is a very polarizing player and has been known this season for numerous come from behind miracle wins. I will classify yesterday's game a miracle as well as NO ONE, even myself, thought the Broncos could win. God is so amazing.

Edit: truth is, John 3:16 is one of the top-searched phrases on Yahoo right now because people are learning about this coincidence and want to know what it means and they get to learn about God's grace. So you can think what you want about Tebow. I know a lot of people, even Christians who are hating on him right now because his faith is "in your face" but he's reaching out and great things are happening.
