CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Last night I had a dream about Ellerslie. I don't know if its cause Mary talks about it a lot or because I have it in my head a lot, but in it, I wanted to go to the school and Mary was excited. But, I was wondering if I would be too old to go to school again. So, there was a choice between two Christian schools: Ellerslie and something else, but I kept getting drawn to Ellerslie I am not sure what it means, but maybe its cause Mary was on my mind.

You know what i'm craving? Pickled eggs. Just a big old jar of pickled eggs. Not fresh boiled, just pickled. It has to be pickled eggs.
I'm oh so glad there are no 24/7 shops around here. The craving will be gone in 4 hours and by then i'll be locked away at work, safe from caving to the craving and then feeling ridiculously sick afterwards.
Because you know I would eat the entire jar. Every last pickled egg would be in my belly. I may even drink the pickling vinegar. I may just take some vinegar in water actually, since the eggs would only make me vomit like a child on a rollercoaster.

No offense to the Ethiopian Orthodox but, IJWTS that the Ethiopian "holy water cure" was awful. At one point the priest was using a big metal cross to push my head down so the water would flow into my mouth and nose. It was like being water boarded.

but..you can't be too old to go to Ellerslie. My class ranged from 16 to 40
