IJWTS my brother and I have a planned our brother sister day for next Saturday. I.can't.wait. I love that he lives here in town with me. If I didn't have him here.... I don't know what I would do. Ice Spiders and Troll Hunters here we come.

I just got MAYBE pre-qualified for a mortgage...I'm shocked...scared...afraid it's not gonna happen...I have been through 3 years of absolute HORROR after the housing fiasco I endured in 2008...I've had application after application turned down because of the damage it did to my credit, and I've been trying SO hard to get my good credit back...I am absolutely dying to get out of the apartment ghetto where we've spent the last 8 years (aside from our brief and miserable stint in a god-awful excuse of a house, hence the above horror)...I hate living there so much...PLEASE God let us out...my boy deserves a home, a yard, safety when he goes outside to play...PLEASE...pre-qualify, pre-qualify, pre-qualify...

IJWTS that I gave up at the zoo a.k.a. my home and am now sitting in a cafe to do work (or, you know, post incessant nonsense on CF). The upside is this coffee is awesome and I just watched a thousand tourists come in absolute awe of Lombard street, which is 2 blocks away.
