CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS I love sleeping simply because I look forward to my dreams. Last night it involved driving through the desert with a Chinese communist and a man at an amusement park who made sandals out of cheese. I'm not a smart guy but at least my brain manages to keep things interesting!

Yes.
I only said that it made me a real woman because of comments people have made here in the past about real women knowing how to cook, clean, sew, etc. So, I had to declare my new womanhood now.

IJWTS My 15 hour work day turned into a 14 hour work day..I am so happy I got off an hour early. That one little hour made a huge difference! Let the weekend begin!
IAJWTS My darling baby bumble bee is getting her shots tomorrow...bless her heart. I wonder if the vet will give her a sticker for behaving when we are done....I just hope we don't end up on a "list" at this new place like we did at her old vet. She is so embarrassing at times!

IJWTS; it's been an interesting week at work. I've learned new aspects of the job, was sexually harassed two days in a row by a female client, and have been subpoenaed to be a witness in court on february 28th.

Please stop making your nicest cocktail dresses in shades of black, grey, creme, off-white, and champagne. I have realized I have the most boring wardrobe of all time, and one that is 80% black, 10% grey, and 10% white.
Why not offer a teal, a plum, maybe a bright coral?

IJWTS I can't believe I didn't get up until 1pm! That's just crazy. I feel like such a bum.
