CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS- I enjoyed my bio class today. Very intresting stuff. I'm also going to write a short story for my Creative Writing class. 
I'm going to have to post a lot less to stay focused on my writing. 
Please pray for me though... I'm not sure how I'll do.

Oh goodness, you get it girl! My brother and sister in law just got done with the daniel fast. I really want to do it as well. Maybe on Monday!
IJWTS...somewhere it is 5:30pm...does this mean I can leave work?
IAJWTS I ran into some friends today with their little twins and it was so good to see them! I haven't seem them in so long and it turned out that we were both doing the same mommy and me class!
(of course in my situation it is is a nanny and me class)IAAJWTS I am turning off my brain effective immediately.

No, it's not quite that strict. It's more like a vegan diet, but with some additional restrictions attached. I can only drink water, but I can still eat fruits/veggies, whole grains/whole wheat (as long as there is no yeast), nuts, beans, etc.

Thanks! I'm actually really enjoying it.
This is the first time I've done an actual fast (other than a 24-48 hour liquid fast when I'm praying over something). I did it to start the year off with spiritual renewal and am seeing the blessings unfold already.
