CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS ewww gov't contractor! Why not go full time gov't? Gov't contractors get treated like crap. Although they make better monies.

Personally, I think it's admirable. It says you would rather spend time on a Christian-based website than the other unsavory choices out there.

IJWTS that I went to the gym last night at my apartment complex... to my dismay, it was absolutely packed!!! The gym is the worst this time of year... a friend warned me about it and she was right... It's full of people with the New Year's resolution to lose weight . Makes me sick! haha. I want the gym all to myself again

IJWTS-I explored Boston and saw the Atlantic Ocean yesterday. It was great! I would definitely love to move to Boston if I had the money. I am so jealous of the people who live there and many probably don't realize what an awesome library they have. The building is gorgeous, the statues in front of it are beautiful, and it even has a cafe inside! Oh and the courtyard! I mean, it's cold and I couldn't sit in the courtyard, but how fabulous. The place is like a museum and library all in one...my two favorite types of places.
