Does anyone know where I might find either pictures or transcriptions of the Greek manuscripts of Ignatius of Antioch?

Hopefully the earliests ones known in existence.

Do you mean that you want to see the Greek text itself? I'm not sure I can help you with that. But if you want to read his letters you can go to www.earlyChristianwritings.com I can't say that you'll find any links to the Greek text from there though.
