Time itself did not begin with the Big Bang. Rather, the Big Bang occurred at a definite point in time. But time itself, insofar as we can perceive it from our vantage point, extends back an infinite period.
And just as time has always existed, likewise the person whom we now call 'God' has existed. What he did prior to the Big Bang we do not know, nor is it necessary that we know those happenings. What we do know, but only partly and with gaps within it, is what God brought into being after the point in time which we call 'The big Bang'.
