If you were stranded on a desert island....

You and one other person (friend/spouse/family member) are lost on a desert island.

You have all your basics provided. (Food, water, shelter, tools, medicine, clothing, matches).

You are not allowed anything that requires electricity, gasoline, batteries, etc. (telephone, radio, car, computer, etc.) No wind up electronic things either (like crank up computers for 3rd world countries).

You can't have a boat, ship, airplane, etc. (No vehicles that would rescue you). You can't have something magical, like a fairy-godmother to grant you wishes.

You are allowed to have with you 7 things. Remember, the very basics for survival are already provided.

What 7 things would you want to have with you?

Here are my choices:

1) I'd want 2 particular people in my life on the island, so I choose to have one more person there.

2) A dog for safety from any wild animals

3) My guitar & picks (with spare strings)

4) A photo album (filled with past pictures of my family/relatives/friends)

5) A diary and pencil

6) A Bible

7) My cat

 

[Sometimes]

1. Books/Magazines, some sort of entertainment
2. Scissors to cut hair
3. A patio to spend time on
4. A piano or some sort of similar musical instrument
5. An endless imagination so I don't get bored

Thats about all I really want :/

2) a teen magazine (Seventeen or Teen People)

3) a picture of my family

4) a picture of the capital city in Iowa

5) a camera

6) a bible

7) my earrings from Claires

and a radio so i could sing
c.d.s <of course there might not be any stations>

4. one of those little travel kits with soap/toothpaste/etc (well, it wasn't in the "basics" list)
5. a super-comfortable sofa that turns into a super-comfortable bed/mattress

7. umm.. a hot guy. haha!

no electronics? maaaan.. no music and no CF.
