Here would be mine – I think!


1. “The Existence and Attributes of God” – Stephen Charnock

For my better understanding of all God is.

2. Mathew Henry’s Commentaries

Basic understand of passages and great application for the heart.

3. “The Christian Directory” – Richard Baxter

Almost every Christian subject discussed.

4. “Pilgrims Progress” – John Bunyan

For a better understanding of my Christian life and heart.

Assuming the Bible was Dakes Annotated (large print edition)...

1. Strong's Exhaustive Concordance w/ Hebrew and Greek Dictionaries
2. Robertsons Word Pictures of the NT
3. One of those huge single volume Encyclopaedia
4. "How to Survive on a Desert Island"

I might also smuggle in a copy of "The Fantastic Four", bound edition containing issues 40-60 with the Kirby art, first appearances of Galacticus, Silver Surfer, the Elementals... etc. etc, great stuff!
