If you dont have a Date on saturday night, what do you usually end up doing ?

Oh my! Yeah it was kind of like that, but not as bad. Just made me glad I don't drink to excess. It's not a pretty picture.
So let's see Saturday night....what did I do?....hmmmmm......let me think about it.....oh yeah.....I know......I sat home and watched TV. One of my sons was at work and the other borrowed my truck because his car is broke.
What would I have done if I had my truck? probably stayed home and watched TV LOL

time to fire up meetup.com and get out there and enjoy some of what is going on, Michelle! I did two meetups this weekend. Might have done 3, but I did my taxes Friday night!

well maybe when we get the car situation situated back to normal.
But I DID go to a party Friday night, so that counts for something, right? I can't help it if there weren't any single men there. But my friend was too funny, she was saying "we need to find you a man, because I want you to be happy like I am happy" LOL

yesterday at church the pastor made a funny and we all laughed and the guy in front of me turned around a few minutes later and said to me: I just love your laugh!" That made me feel good.

Let's see. Not much dating opportunities going on in the life of a middle-aged single mother who is attending school fulltime.

I study on Saturday nights. We tend to be responsible for around 5 chapters in our text book a week. Every other week things get exciting and I study at the baseball cages while my daughter has softball practice. It got cancelled because of snow tonight though.

Tonight I will be wrapping myself up with the body's immune system, blood transfusion, and HIV...and if I complete that, I might start on kidney transplants. Next weekend, it will be cancers.

Actually on Saturday night's like most other night I will be working or studying accounting, or reading the bible, I sometimes would get down no date, but for me now i really need to focus on just work and school. Sometimes I watch a movie and have some popcorn, I believe and trust that God has that special female partner for me. God bless everyone.

What are some typical things You do in such a situation ?

Do you try to vary what you do in such a situation ?

I try hard to make it a point of being with a Group of People if I know this is going to be the case on any given Saturday Night coming up . I see what the Christian Singles Ministry is doing as far as activities / dining out goes ... or I go to Karoake Night at one of two places locally where I see people I know .

I used to get quite bummed out if I didn't have a Date for Saturday night, but, im pleased to say this has been overcome.

How about you ?

This is a strange question to me maybe because that's never really been what being single is to me. Hmmmm....I don't know. I usually don't have a plan. I just do whatever. I'm very good at occupying myself.
