personally, I think apes should be up in arms over that comparison. They at least don't go about committing mass murder through the use of gas chambers, atomic weapons being dropped on Japan, enslaving black people because you're too lazy to do your own work, etc.

There are times in which I think it would be easier if we were apes. Might be a lot gentler that way.

A crime is an act committed, an action that occurred it is not a person that existed. Evolution claims that trans-species mutations existed. You can't observe an action that occurred in the past (such as a crime) but you should be able to observe a person, place or thing that mutated in the fossil record remains.

Both a crime and a mutation leave evidence. The amount of time elapsed since the event doesn't matter as long as the evidence is preserved. And the fossil record does show a long pattern of mutation.

THere are supposed to be millions of these mutated beasts over 35 million years and yet not a single remain found.

If you really believe this, then you are woefully unfamiliar with the fossil record.

Also, evolutionists claim trans species evolution is on-going...so show us! BTW speciation is not trans-speciation.

Speciation is not mutating a reptile into a bird or an ape into a human.

Humans are apes. But the idea that reptiles turn into birds is a creationist concept not a concept of evolution.

Speciations remain a plant, a dog etc.

Observed speciations do because all have occurred over just a few years. We simply haven't been observing with a focus on evolution long enough to offer you what you suggest doesn't happen. If you'd like to pull up a chair and get comfortable for a few hundred thousand years, you'll have the evidence necessary to realize how wrong you are. Perhaps you can suggest the mechanism which you propose would serve to limit a number of speciations from leading to vast differences between organisms and their distant ancestors.

Thats true, but we cannot KNOW with absolute certitude if a god exists or not. But its worse than that, we cant even say its probable.

I am tempted to agree with you. Lots of things can be observed objectively and their Truth verified. For example, an object which looks, smells, feels, and tastes like bread is clearly bread. Everyone can agree on that.

Or can they? To a Roman Catholic, the Truth of the assertion above is thrown into doubt the moment a priest says a blessing over the "bread." At this point, the bread becomes the literal body of Jesus, according to a Catholic -- not a symbol of Jesus' body, his actual literal body. If this Catholic tradition of trans-substantiation is correct, then my desk may not really be a desk; it may actually be Jesus. In fact, nothing may be as it seems. Objective truth as communicated to us by our senses becomes a fiction.

Plainly, this is absurd. Objective verification of reality is possible, and thus some objective Truths exist. But my example serves to illustrate that a Truth which may be so obvious to some people may be subjective to others.

Perhaps you missed the point. One ape species does engage in all of these acts.

Fortunately, such an assumption is testable and has been found to be incorrect. If not for a particular species of ape, you might well be proven correct.
