I can relate. For a really long time I would take way too many Tylenol PM or any type of night time cold medicine to make me sleep. It got to the point where I woud up the dose b/c I would get immune to it and I was definitely hooked psychologically. Even on the nights that I was dead tired I couldn't sleep unless I took the pills. This went on for a 2 or 3 yrs. Tylenol can do serious damage to your liver. Maybe you could find a hobby to fill the need for an addiction? I'll be praying for you. PM me anytime if you ever want to talk about it!
