If swear without raising left/right hand but said swear to god, does this count as a real oath?

I would say "oath" has to do with what is spoken. No matter what you do with your hands or the rest of your body. Those things vary over time and culture anyway.

Its a traditional gesture attesting to your sincerity, but what makes the oath an oath is the commitment you make.

Jesus tells us tells us not to make oaths, but to let our Yes mean Yes, and our No, No.

If you have erred in making a promise, Proverbs offers this wisdom:

I think it does, but it would be better not to swear, because:

but I tell you, don't swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is the throne of God;
Matt. 5:34

Yes, that is an oath. The hand is a ritual some add to it, but an oath spoken with the lips and intent is what makes it an actual oath, not the hands.
