So if we are going to use a comparator, New York won't prosecute any Democrats regardless of guilt but they are happy to railroad Trump.

The only fact in the OP article is that Coumo stated

He stated his opinion. You agree with his opinion. That is the only fact you have provided. His substance is unproven, therefore it is conjecture, not fact.
