If God can see the future, then why would he create those people whom he knew would not accept him as his Saviour? ive asked some pastors and some other christians, they explained to me, but i still dont undertstand.

If he could see the future, he would have known who would and would not accept him. thus once he created a man/woman he already knew one was heading to hell or heaven even b4 he/she was born.

I don't believe he specifically creates each one of us - we have our parents to thank for that. So I don't believe He is up in heaven saying "Well, I'm going to create twelve more unbelievers today!"

eh? i thought we were special and God created us and had a plan for EACH us?
so he CANT see the future then? coz if he did, he'd know who would be in heaven and who would be in hell.

i know im not getting alot of replies, not many ppl give me a response when i ask this, they change topics.

We ARE all special in God's eyes, that's why He has given EVERYBODY a cance to follow him and be His child. I think he has specific plans for us as far as far as the GRAND SCHEME is concerned. I don't think he controls every little detail, because he's given us free will.

For instance, we could do things that He doesn't want us to do, but in the end, His purpose will still be served - it would just be easier on us if we followed His commandments in the first place though.:)

And He does, and always has, known who would be in Heaven and who would be in Hell. I had a hard time understanding the concept of this for a long time myself, but then I thought of it from a different angle. Think of God as an investment broker, who is talking to a room full of investors. He has a special offer that He knows will be very profitable for them, if only they are willing to dedicate themselves to the investment. Now, He already knows though, who will and who will not get on board with this investment, He knows that some of the people in the room will mock Him and say His investment plan in garbage and untrustworthy - BUT He still offers it to them out of fairness, so that they can't say they didn't have chance when the people who did accept are reaping the rewards.

Because He's

A) A gentlemen: In that He won't force Himself on anyone...
B) Merciful: In that nobody can accuse Him of not offering mercy to them...

I personally think that is an issue that could or should be moved to the theology forums. Because there are varying positions and debates could start on this.

I would say this. Proverbs 16:4 The Lord has made everything for its own purpose, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Also. Romans 9:22-23
22 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction,
23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy which he has prepared beforehand for glory

Also Ephesians 1:4-6
4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love
5 he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,
6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, which he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved

Also Ephesians 1:11
also we have obtained an inheiritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will.

This is a question with a difficult answer, and one which only God Himself knows. He has not revealed everything to us in this brief life on earth. I do know that my paternal grandparents, whom I did not visit very often, were non-believers. Even though I did witness to them of Christ's love and salvation, I have no knowledge if they ever at the end of their lives accepted His merciful gift of forgiveness. I don't like to think of it if they did not. But I do know that if they had not existed, neither would I. With my life I hope that I will be able to touch, lead people to, and encourage others for Jesus Christ.

I agree - we cannot know what someone does in the last few moments of their lives. We can only pray that at some point people will accept the Good News

My friend we have free will as far as choosing God or satan, He knows what will happen to us eather path we choose, But remember He chooses not to know what we are going to choose, that is why He gave us free will.

my friend, what i posted has nothing to do with what you posted, but out of blaming words you have called me out.
I do not wish to explain word of God, it is not my place, but i will tell you one thing, God made wickedness, but no man is boren wicked, you see as a child you are innocent, but the choice you make as a man, is when you lose your innocents. all men are wicked but only edifyed through the Lord Jesuses name. Do you say the Lord on high lies? he told us, we had free wills. Meaning we choose our path. not him.

Bless you friend

Good question - i have asked myself that question before and i could not find an answer so...

I decided that since i dont know who will actually get saved my duty as a christian is to preach the gospel to every person i know "regardless of what i think"

There are things that God will never reveal to us either because we would not understand or simply becauase he does not wanna tell us.
