Very informative and fascinating evaluation of the reasons why the book of Enoch was excluded Thanks!

No problem! The Book of Enoch is a very good read and it can be downloaded freely from many places in google.

Yes, I did notice that there are indeed many references which seem like prophecies concerning the coming of a Messiah or Christ in the book of Enoch. But I had never assumed that it had been excluded for that reason. Jude's reference to the book of Enoch also made me wonder why it wasn't included in the canon.

BTW
I have read the Book of Enoch online as well as the gospels that were excluded like the ones attributed to Mary, Bartholomew and Thomas.

It's supposed to be part of the Old Testament but it was rejected in the Jewish Canon (which also included Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, etc..)

Maybe just maybe (my own theory) because the book of Enoch expresses huge disdain over worldly wealth. Remember that the Pharisee was originally the Jewish Orthodox and Jesus mentioned they loved money. So that might be the reason for taking it out of the Jewish Canon.

Even our New Testament expresses generally negative views on worldly wealth could be one reason why the Jews hated Christ so so much (Luke 16:13) -- if you love money, you will hate God (and thus hate Christ too)..

Look up how often cell phones are used and for what ,
the least harm of which is people WALKING running into things....
to the greatest harm: to set off bombs/ coordinate terror attacks/, track where you are all the time, etc

Some of the first ones to get cell phones back before you could see everyone with one, were the drug dealers, pimps, and
military or police or guerilla for 'not gentle' activities.

Later, already foretold in SCRIPTURE, part of the one world system,
already in planning, already being implemented...

If we were to eliminate things based on how mankind misuses them for evil purposes we would be left with practically nothing.
