Simple.
Everything that pollutes.
as in "Let THY WILL be done, on earth as it is in heaven"

Well, you just sent us back to the preindustrial era since you now cannot generate electricity because doing so pollutes. Back to using oil lamps, horse and buggy, sailing ships. There go all your medical devices that run on electricity. There goes mass production. Airplanes cars, trains all come to a stop because they pollute. Guess we will have to heat our houses in the old fashioned ways. Light our streets by using whale oils lamps, Kersoene lamps and torches to see in the dark.

Air-conditioning would leave us relatively unscathed since most of human history summers were tolerated without it. So it would be a relatively minor inconvenience, maybe making our trips to the washers more frequent and the increased use of the fan.

Eliminating the clock would pose problems with organizing our lives.

But of the three the more serious consequence would be a world without the Xray because of its importance in medical diagnosis.

LOLO! You wouldn't say air conditioning if you lived in Arizona! I say clocks because we are slaves to time. We have no freedom. The clock rules us. People are too rushed and have no time for anything. Eliminate clocks.

Tough choices Rad.

TV - Apart from the occasion program it's mostly garbage, besides, we've still got our computers and on-line viewing.
Telescope - I doubt it would have a detrimental affect on my life.
Aeroplanes - Can we wait until my wife's visiting her home in China though?

A modern Earth where the clock was never invented is hard to visualize.

That's a cool video! I lived in Lancaster PA and encountered them on the road with their horses and buggies at a slow trot slowing down traffic.

Also, there is a food market across the street where the majority of vendors are Amish. Using modern appliances doesn't seem to bother them when doing a brisk profitable business.

Don't see any horse and buggies parked outside or arriving so they are obviously getting here from their community by other means and it isn't walking.

I should think nuclear weapons would have to be at the top of anybod's list.

Weather forecasters. It was supposed to by overcast today. I got up this moring, and it was a bright blue sky, but the BBC forecast on my iPad was still insisting it was overcast. I feel like phoning them up, and telling them to come and take a look sometimes.

Cigarettes. Although, in the UK, they are banned from almost everywhere except private premises nowadays. So it is only their kids they can give cancer to.

Elimination of the invention of nucflea weapon
- Land mines
- Nuclear weapons
- The electric chair

If I could eliminate a fourth invention it would be the selfie stick.

Elimination of nuclear power from human history would have us resolving WWII without the use of it on Hiroshima and Nagasaki thus preserving those lives which included mostly civilians from dying in that way.

Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki - Wikipedia

It would prevent the Cold War with its nuclear Arms race between the Soviet Union and the USA and its Allies.

Cold War - Wikipedia

Nuclear arms race - Wikipedia

It would prevent us from having nuclear power plants for electricity production and all other nuclear-power derived inventions such as the nuclear submarine.

Nuclear power plant - Wikipedia

Eliminate the problem of where to store radioactive waste from those power plants.
Radioactive waste - Wikipedia

Prevent the infamous Chernobyl Accident and subsequent radioactive pollution of the environment and the loss of life.

Elimination of the Electric chair would not prevent capital punishment via hanging, fatal injection, or the guillotine. So I'm not sure what would be accomplished by it. Care to clarify?

Telescope QUOTE]

The absence of the telescope from human history would make our present society a geocentric one where all stars and planets orbit our Earth. That would affect your worldview and how you see your place in the universe. All the theories of a Big Bang and an Expanding universe would be gone. The Copernican model would probably still be in vogue since Gallieo would never have accomplished what he did. The milky way as a distinct galaxy ad just one among billions would disappear. The very nature of the stars themselves would be a mystery. How our Sun works would be a mystery. In short, we would be in ignorance of many things now known commonly to grade school children.

On the other hand, as that fellow in the film Matrix said, "Ignorance is bliss!" So personal happiness would probably be irrelevant in relation to absence of accurate knowledge. In fact, we might just be far more happy not knowing what we know now.
