Do you mean say thank you here or to the Lord in general? I do not always say thank you here if a prayer is answered so that I am leaving more room on the forum for others' prayers.

As for the Lord we are told to begin with praise. "Come into my house with thanksgiving and into my courts with praise."

Well, there are no rules saying that we have to say thank you. I don't expect a thank you for all the prayers I have said. It would really clutter up the board. If others want to say thank you, like you, fine. But that's your personal choice and apparently not the choice of the vast majority of others.
