If a local law contradicts the Bible, what should we obey?

Nobody is encouraging people to have themselves martyred if they can avoid it. However, there are many places, like India and North Africa, where Christians are martyred for no other reason than worshiping God. Watch this video and tell me these Christians are receiving just punishment for disobeying local authority.

That is how they will be judged. No matter if we caught them or not.

No, they will be judged on if they accepted Jesus as their LORD and Savior. I emphasize Lord because "savior" is a title for what Jesus did and "Lord" is a title for who He is. If you believe in Jesus but have not placed Him as Lord in your life, you are worse than a demon. Because at least demons believe in Jesus and tremble.
