Ok my turn...i've found i've had alot of ideal factors for my partner but i guess i've to be realistic since it's really really hard (though not impossible) to find the ideal one. So i just came up with a list of some sort that is something like this:

--Intelligent (street smart and academically smart)
--God-fearing (desires to know what God has in store for her and seeks it out..iow, truth seeker)

A bonus i would like her to have is that she's sporty too.

Hmm....what do you guys think of my list?hhahha

Well, I guess it sounds good to me. It gives a lot of room for her to have lots of other interests.

good personality, cute smile, good body, nice eyes, big heart, christian, loves me for who i am, isn't sex crazy, fun, makes me happy, lieks my friends, thinks family is important, good kisser, intelligent, going to college or working, treats me liek a queen, trustworthy, honest, loving, leave me love notes and do simple things just to say he loves me, cook, clean, change diapers, get up with children at night, non smoker, non druggy.....

here's my list

1. hot and attractive to me (they're 2 diff. things in my mind)
2. intelligent (i can get really cerebral about things. i need someone to muse to)
3. is sexually compatible with me (after marriage, of course. if he's sex-crazed, i have no problem with that.....don't think i'll have much problem finding a guy like that )
4. listens to me
5. adores me
6. likes some similar things to me (music, good food, good wine) and opens me up to new things that i'm unfamiliar with (anything goes here--i like learning new things)
7. would make an amazing father

Cooks
Has a job
Likes animals
Likes some of the things I like, doesnt have to everything, just 1 or 2 things

Some of the main things I am looking for and ask for is quite simple but didn't work for me...Honesty, holds nothing back! But like I said that hasn't worked for me..
Other things are:
Sense of humor
Indpepndant( doesn't need his parents around constantly making his decision or being a part of everything)
Romantic( I am very sappy in that area)
Wants a big family
and last by certainly not the least....
a Best Friend!!!!

I don't think I've ever sat down and written a laundry list of the characteristics I'm looking for. It would go without saying that she must be of like faith. Aside from that is a good sense of humor (cynical without being pessimistic, if that makes sense), intelligence, beautiful eyes (can't help it. I'm a total eye guy), and decently attractive (I'm not looking for a model, but I do want someone who takes care of their body and has a nice smile). Physically speaking I'm pretty wide open. It's the moral and religious criteria that seems to be so hard to find.
